Crispy Fried Shallot

Production Process

Selected from high-quality shallots, sourced from the best agricultural produce.

The shallots are thoroughly washed to remove any dirt, ensuring they are clean and hygienic for consumption.

Shallots are sorted by size to ensure even slicing and consistent cooking results.

After sorting, shallots are thinly sliced using a knife or a specialized cutting machine. Slice thickness must be uniform to allow even frying.

The sliced shallots are then lightly dusted with flour to make them crispier and prevent them from sticking together during frying.

Next, the shallots are fried in hot oil at the right temperature until they turn golden brown and reach the perfect crisp texture.

Once fried, the shallots are drained to reduce excess oil, using strainers or a spinner machine to help keep them crisp for longer.

The fried shallots are then sorted again to remove any burnt or imperfect pieces — ensuring only the best quality shallots are packed.

Packaging is done carefully using airtight containers or special plastic pouches to preserve crispness and prevent sogginess. Hygiene and shelf life are prioritized in this stage.

The final stage is distribution to customers or resellers. Products are shipped in secure packaging to maintain their quality until they reach consumers
